Endowments, Investments and the New York Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act

NYPMIFA – New York’s version of the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (“UPMIFA”) – governs the management and investment of funds held by not-for-profit corporations and other institutions. It replaces and updates key provisions of the Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Act (“UMIFA”), which was adopted in New York in 1978. This in-depth session will cover:
